And since I’m just back from LA, here’s my show-story on how to go your Style: Get sparked by the Californian Lifestyle. Outdoor – even Downtown LA

It totally took me by surprise. I had just crossed a busy street when I looked up and stood right in front of Muscle Man. In the middle of the walkway. I’m talking downtown. Walkway in the noisy, traffic busy city. I have travelled more than 45 countries, but never seen a Body Builder working out on the walkway. Not only could I literally sense his energy he beamed from his power body, but also was he laser focused. Zoned out, so to say, as he concentrated his mindpower make him lift the weights. He totally ignored me, although I had to walk pass him real close. He didn’t let himself get distracted: Not by me, not by worrying if he would make it or fail in front of my eyes, nor by the noisy traffic. He had so much expanded into his energy to achieve his work out goal. And why not do it outdoor, on the walkway, in the nice early evening breeze, instead of a sweaty garage. Or maybe it was more about having the free flow space. Who knows. Anyhow, he was just doing his thing, the way felt he’d succeed & enjoy it more. And I could see he was totally tuned in & aligned, while at the same time he was (silently) expressing his style. Just like that.
