Today Leadership still is un-spokenly understood in a very industrial perspective, as being the leader of the ship, stearing the boat, or any other machine. Over thousands of years, since inventing the wheel, I guess, mankind was seeking to invent whatever machinery to help make life easier & to get beyond.. 
To speed the pathway to the destination allowed to gain time.
Creating mobility was a massive step to gain grounds – expand the terrains to explore what’s more in the geographical planes.
Fly into the sky like Ikarus tried was not only to space out & eventually get to make it to the Moon and back, … it was also the urge & drive to reach this feeling of bird-like free flow.
Then again other kinds of machines such as race cars also helped kick up adrenalin, grow in competition &/ gain entertainment just for fun.

Dreams & Fantasies have always been a great motivator to follow ambition, push the boundaries, go beyond, & reach next level of being on planet earth. Or beneath – down in the ocean..
Pioneers & Adventurers are the driving forces to get to new grounds. What they experience, find, & discover, makes brilliant stories to report back home. ..
For some of the not so adventurous fellows, it was more the fantasies that still made great sources of stories to tell & experience juiced up life. As did German Author Karl May w/ Winnetou, who only thought of but never experienced any real adventure, as we all know now.
Myths are stories told over time, taken for real, at least in some bits. You never know when or where it started, yet somehow to kind of belief in seeds of truths. If it wasn’t to report historical facts, stories were told by the church, and other educational authorities to help the folks to better understand how to live a good life, when upheavals paved the way & harsh hurdles got them confused.
And it actually can make a great teaching tool, as we all know finding us back in a New Economy of Show-Casing & Story Telling, these days.

With all the exciting new findings of research, as in Neuro-Sciences,   Quantum-Physics, etc, we are today able to draw a complete new picture of Life. That’s why some even call our times the new Renaissance[which was already a new “naissance” thus rebirth of knowing &/ research facts, after the dark middle ages]

Research basically is dig deep in science to find truth &/= dig deep in the truth you find, to get a grasp of what reality really is (made of)

Underwater Archeology delivers the real Deep Dives to ascend the sunken treasures. Today, after 30+ solid years of excavation discovery, Franck Goddio’s Dive Team of the European Institute of Underwater Archeology managed thanks to Hi-Tech-Machines developed and sponsored by the Company Hilti to find Artefacts that now come full circle to reveal the story of the myth of Egypt and how it’s civilisation re-arose from chaos into new balanced harmony.
Museum Rietberg in Zürich Switzerland shows the latest finds in the exhibition Osiris – Egypt’s Sunken Mysteries – some to be seen first time ever outside Egypt. These discoveries are pioneering grounds and bring to light thousands of years of myth telling about Osiris and its protagonists, the ritual celebration of the mysteries, and how it all evolved and changed over time.

As usual, I connect the dots in my unique way: I see it’s a fantastic Show Case of how Leadership not only boosts w/ pioneering Hi Tech inventions, as they did here to find & ascend the sunken treasures. It also gave the opportunity to reveal the ancient tradition of using Story Telling to bring society to success.
